Wholesale of meat and meat products
The company is engaged in the production and wholesale of meat and meat products. The company was incorporated in July of 2006. The registered head office of the company is located in La Puebla de Valverde, Spain. It complies with the specifications of the Regulatory Board of the PDO Teruel, and also add its experience in control of the gene pool, installations for rearing and fattening, slaughtering, boning, quartering, and the drying areas of its province. It directly focuses on control and traceability because it does not outsource any stage of the processes above mentioned. The company breeds pigs: mother's line: Landrace, Large White or crossings from both; and father's line: Landrace or Duroc, born and fattened in the province of Teruel and fed with cereal of local harvest. The production area is located in Teruel. The production process of the ham is curried out in the province at an altitude of more than 800 metres. Weight of cured pieces: eight to nine kilograms and in no case less than seven kilograms. Some of the company's clients are Carrefour; Consum Cooperativa; Caprabo; Maskom; Aldi Market; Dialsur; Super Sol; to name a few.
